To get our responses through Amazon, please first check your spam folder in your email program. If our messaged response to you is not there, then please check your Amazon Message Center:
Go to Amazon.
Click on Account & Lists > Select Your Account.
When the page comes up, look for the box titled: Email alerts, messages, and ads.
Click Message Center.
When that page comes up, then click Buyer/Seller Messages.
If you do still do not see our emailed answer to you in your Message Center, then please allow us to communicate with you!
Go to Account & Lists > Select Your Account.
When the page comes up, look for the box titled: Email alerts, messages, and ads.
Click Communication Preferences.
Click the down arrow at General Settings. Please check that your correct email address is listed.
Then scroll down the page a little bit and Click the down arrow at Promotional Emails.
Add a checkmark in the checkbox next to Seller Communications. (Checking this box will allow you to get our emails!)
